I have both chronic and acute injuries, neck, upper and lower back and knees from decades of running, high stress and erratic sleep. I've seen many chiropractors employing many techniques for many years in two states as well as painful prolotherapy and PRP injections in both knees and neck. Almost everything has some success. I've avoided massage therapy since I bruise easily. After a blow to the jaw my holistic dentist recommended cranial sacral therapy. I had two appointments with different practitioners with modest improvement. Then I met Nancy Newman and what a difference! She is calm, thorough, explains every movement, body composition, stressors and is truly accomplished and effective. My latest knee injury was very painful walking up and down stairs or just trying to sleep. She does very gentle, light touch with the very tips of her fingers and says she loosening up your nerves. She seems to know anatomy but does not seem to know how to give an actual massage. She did not ask for any feedback during the so called massage. If you are into craniosacral therapy this might be for you. But there was no muscle work or massage technique going on here. I wasted $120 plus tip and 90 minutes of my life.

It was a little odd walking up to a residential house for a massage (I was expecting a commercial facility, at first) but Nancy was professional and did a great job. The overall experience was cool. I'd go back.
