Overall my experience was pretty good. I would say that the initial approach from the massage therapist was a little awkward, but he was friendly and very professional. The atmosphere of the room was nice with soft music and soft lighting, but would have preferred the lotion to have been warmed instead of cold. I’ve had many massages in my life, some that were fantastic, and some that were not great at all. I would say this lies in the middle of those experiences. I don’t have anything really negative to say except maybe a little more time working on communicating with the client as well as warming the lotion. The only other thing would be that the massage ended pretty abruptly , and in a way that I was not expecting. Not in a bad way just not in a way that was expected. I don’t believe I got the full hour of massage, I did take a bathroom break right before I went into the room to get ready , but it took him a moment before he came in to begin. I believe that the massage didn’t begin until at least 10 after or a little more than that. I’ve been here before and have been pleased, and I would give him another chance!

Walls are so paper-thin that I was afraid to make a sound because everyone can hear everything. Place really needs a remodel/soundproofing. It was clean and tidy, but I did not like the vibe of the actual space. Canned background music. Was given no choice of music.
