I feel like you had little cupping experience/training. You did not ask me how much pressure I was looking for . Overall, my shoulders did fell looser, but I did not enjoy the massage. I felt like you were pressing down instead of up on the cupping, also going over big moles and bones on the cups, also water dripping out of 2 cups from previous cleaning, Overall, since I felt relief at the end, I'm OK with the massage, I just wish there was more communication.

Atmosphere was to cold for me.

The room was freezing cold. My therapist never not once asked if I was comfortable or if she was using to much pressure and she was. First time ever getting a 90 minute massage and my hands or feet was never touched. Disappointing visit for sure. In her defense I overslept (I work 3rd shift) for my appointment last week so she possibly was irritated because of that.

The experience was okay - the massage felt nice. I would've liked more communication, especially regarding what was supposed to be the 20 minutes of reiki - I was not sure if it was actually being done or not, and having never had a reiki session before, I didn't know what to ask or expect. The massage overall was nice, however.
