Unfortunitely, pain is subjective and communication with your therapist is very important during massage. I'm sorry you felt that you could not communicate with your therapist. She has recieved Rave reviews from ALL of her other clients. However, we do have other therapists that may be more to your liking. We do hope you give us another chance to serve you.
