You did send me an email update notifying me you changed my massage therapist for my appointment. But I found that email after showing up and feeling very disappointed that I wasn't getting the person I prepaid for. I would rather have rescheduled to get my favorite massage therapist in Minot than have kept the time with the new girl. I shopped around for 8 years after moving to Minot and enjoyed massages but never found someone I liked enough to want a repeat from them until I found the person I scheduled with and was so excited for 90 min with her.I was disappointed to show up and have a different therapist. I felt like I wasted my gift certificate from my husband. I wish someone from the salon had called before changing things on me. If someone signs up and prepays online for a specific therapist that is what they are paying for and it's unethical to change it without talking to them first.

We some times run into emergency's and people wait a little while to get on the schedule so would rather have some one work on you the day you have scheduled then waiting so long again. please reach out to the office and we would be more then happy to reschedule you with the correct therapist complimentary.

I liked the sauna before the massage. Once I got into the massage, that is where the experience went downhill. The music playing in the background wasn't relaxing sounds, it was more coffee shop music and it was quite loud. The temperature in the room room was quite cool, it left me shivering quite often and made it hard to relax. There needs to be some proper sound proofing to the massage rooms, I could hear the doorbell ding every time someone walked into the office and that took away from the relaxation experience. Overall quite disappointed with the experience and will not be coming back.
