I am sorry to hear this. Many factors can affect how one feels the day after a session. My best advice is to document as much of the session as you can recall & what you did for the rest of the day including what you ate/drank. Next time you receive a massage, go over it with your therapist. The therapist should be able to ID any concerns & communicate it to you then plan your session accordingly. I would be more than happy to go the session with you as well if you want to talk about it.
