She was able to help me relief a lot of discomfort I was having, and knowing she spent more time on certain areas shows she was really listening during our initial conversation. I left feeling completely refreshed. It has been 2 days since my massage and my body feels great! Will be returning!!

Betsy is awesome and is one of the absolute best massage therapists I’ve seen, and that’s saying something since I work in the Wellness Industry. I’ve been seeing Betsy every week since the first time I went to her. She is very thorough with sanitation and is transparent about her current procedures which is important right now. She always focuses on the needs for the session and takes time to listen before the massage. She always answers my questions and I’m never left wondering why she wants to do a certain kind of work (stretching, structural, Swedish, etc). I drive about 45 minutes out of my way to see her every week, and it is well worth it!
