I have to say the massage was nice, however it took me the whole time to get relaxed. When I first got in, the attitude was argumentive. I was the person who purchased both groupons for myself and the other gift. I could not help the appointment booking site. I paid for the 90 min, got the 60 min because of booking. I explained I could not get in before the groupon deadline, my mother broke her femur and I was out of town caring for her over 6 weeks, I caregive for now two mothers (85 and 93 years old) always stress in my life, tried to explain that to you Theresa and you would not even listen. So intent on telling me the groupon expired, booking wrong, health sheet not filled out - which I never got. then had me pay additional monies to finish the 30 min. owed to me. I just wanted to take the hour and call it even - you wouldn't do that. This left bad taste with me. I had to try and shake it off to relax.

The most amazing massage .I am not kidding. I have no idea where she learned, but I felt a brand-new person once my massage was done. Hats off to Theresa. Once again thank you .

Massage and space were good, but because of the system used to schedule appointments is a little confusing, my 90 minute appt. was scheduled as a 60 minute, even though I selected a 90 min. massage. Since there was a massage scheduled right after mine, the 90 got cut to 60, though she did go a little over. Systems should be easy if consumers are going to use them to schedule their own appointments.
