Jim seems very knowledgeable, but was quite criticizing over me purchasing a Groupon even though he is the one that was advertising via Groupon. His focus seemed more on making me feel uneducated and that he just does not have time to do this, more than just being in the moment of creating a healing experience. Was a lil uncomfortable with the whole situation.
