We've been going to Tricia for two years now, and have never had a single experience that wasn't Amazing! We're an older couple, and she's been able to help ward off the aches and pains that can be typical of our age group. For both of us, our range of motion has increased dramatically. My husband can work out in the yard now with much more ease. I can walk, and even ride my bike, thanks to the work Tricia does. She takes time to listen, and she uses her knowledge as a massage therapist to 'read' our bodies and know what's needed to get us feeling better again. One more thing that impresses me about Tricia is that, if she doesn't believe massage is the right treatment for a person, she, and the other therapists, let you know that up front. Honesty and ethics are part of the package at Tranquil Body.

As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed! I loved the ambiance of the place. The bed was comfortable unlike some other places I have been where the bed was hard and hurt my back. Very good massage and Tricia was very nice! Would have liked my neck and shoulders worked on a little more but overall was a great experience!

I've never had a therapeutic massage- the purpose of was to release muscles which are inflamed and generally "unhealthy". Wow. Tricia has knowledge paired with the expertise and STRENGH! I can't say the massage was a wonderful, peaceful experience- that's not why I went to Tricia. I can say that after 1 session, I am probably 75% better this morning - without NSAIDS- than yesterday morning!

I loved that Tricia customized my treatment to be both medicinal and relaxing. She also gave me suggestions to help with my neck problems at home. She did a thorough consultation and asked me what me end goal was for my treatments. I will definitely be scheduling with Tricia in the future.

I have Fibromyalgia and it is very hard to find professionals that know what it is and how to treat it. Tricia knows what she's talking about and asks all the right queations. I felt as though I was in good hands before I even went I for my first appointment. After that first visit I couldn't wait for the next one.

My back feels sooooo much better. I appreciate Tricia suggesting I visit a chiropractor about a couple joints being out of whack. Plus, because my sinuses close up when I lie face down, she was able to help me out with some menthol cream to dab around my nose. Breathing is always a good thing. I'll definitely be back again. By far the BEST LMT in town, if not middle Tennessee.

Tricia is helping me work through my shoulder impingement. While the deep tissue massage was at times uncomfortable (not painful), I know that in the long run, it will alleviate my shoulder pain. Her knowledge of muscles and nerves is very reassuring as I put my trust in her hands. I plan to become a regular!

I couldn't say enough good things about my experience here---Tricia is an expert in my opinion. I have had several massage people and also physical therapy, but none come close to comparing with Tricia. Just one negative------Please---MOVE TO SHELBYVILLE! lol

After years of massage from multiple therapists, Tricia is the only one who addresses the real issues with lasting results. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to explain the body to a client in a language he/she can comprehend. Tricia shows me how to treat myself at home and explains preventative strategies. While she never pressures a client to come when treatment is not needes, her schedule is wonderful! I often schedule a massage the day of and I've never been cut short one minute in a session. Words do not justify the skill and knowledge of Tricia regarding the body, I am driving more than an hour just to see her when an abundance of massage chains are available nearby. All other fail in comparison!

Tricia does amazing work! She really knows what she is doing and is so helpful in getting muscles how they need to be when you are in pain. Her work is great for relaxation too!
