Room was drafty - bed was cold, never warmed, and no music was played. I heard women speaking loudly from the lobby for the entire massage.

I have had so many wonderful experiences at Thai Wellness over the years. This was the first one where I was not 100% satisfied. When I arrived for this appointment I was 5 minutes early and nobody was around. I waited patiently. I could hear people talking in the back room. Finally after 10 minutes Kandy came out and greeted me. The massage was ok but not as good as the previous massage I had with Kandy. It would have been nice to have some soothing background music to help me relax. It would also have helped dull the constant talking from the room next door. I am so sorry to report an unfavorable experience as I have been coming for many years. But I thought you would want to know.
