Very knowledgeable about physiology, a "medical grade" massage (after confirming that's what I was looking for.) Getting into those tight muscles was not comfortable but was effective! Much looser and better range of motion, which was what I was after. Will be back!

Lee Ann is VERY knowledgeable and methodical in her tailored approach to bodywork. She has the ability to tune in to your body in THAT moment and session, and help identify the root causes of any pain or tension to the specific affected muscles. She can articulate exactly what's going on, work to correct it with her touch, and recommend helpful courses of action to do on your own for after the session. It's refreshing that Lee Ann doesn't just go through the motions and give the exact same massage every time, she really zeroes in and listens with her ears and her hands and gives me what my body needs. Since Lee Ann's Massage business is within the Mobility Fitness for Disability gym, Willie Caldwell is able to refer patients and pinpoint each individual's problematic areas. This elimination of muscle knots and pain is extremely beneficial for we, the patients, in achieving our rehabilitation endeavors.
