Due to "superstitions" on my part, I hesitate sharing over-enthusiasm or being over-complimentary. I know I have a ways to go before my sciatica related discomfort gets better, even disappears since I've let it go on for too long. Kimo has a kind heart and is great at explaining what might be going on with the body alignment causing any body pains. I've had a chronic knot in my neck that had been tackled by so many other massage and chiropractic techniques. I went to Kimo 1 time and within a few days my knot was smaller and not as annoyed. I would absolutely tell a friend about Kimo. I was in searing pain yesterday and double over almost in tears. Today I can walk upright. Kimo was thoughtful, compassionate, professional but approachable, and made me laugh when I was feeling hopeless and overwhelmed. Everything he told me abut back spasms and my symptoms made complete and total sense, it was incredibly illuminating. And he provided and empowered me with knowledge on how to treat this moving forward and the best ways I can begin to heal. No doctor, chiropractor or medication has made me feel better and showed a marked improvement in my symptoms the next day. He didn’t push another session on me, he literally told me we’ll play it by ear. Unlike traditional medicine or a chiropractor, I truly think Kimo is in this to help you and get people actually feeling better, instead of simply monetary gain. That’s rare. This man is the real deal. I am hopeful that this spasm will continue to improve if I take care of myself, and he’s showed me there’s a light at the end of this tunnel.

I had a wonderful experience during my first visit and am so grateful to have met Kimo. He is such a kind soul and understood exactly what I was experiencing. I spent the last year alone in my apartment without much exercise because of the pandemic and subsequently found myself weak, physically disabled and dependent on a walker to get around. I was having panic attacks, general anxiety and had deteriorated physically. Doctors told me it was normal and part of the aging process and tried to put me on anti depressants. I don’t take any medication and am not going to start now! After two sessions with Kimo he made me feel like there is hope to reverse this physical and mental state and it doesn’t involve drugs. I now have a plan and homework to do with a goal of standing straight and eventually getting around with no walker. With his help I am building up my strength and confidence and standing straighter! More importantly, he is helping me believe that I can do it! Kimo is kind and patient and is knowledgeable in both western and eastern disciplines. I haven’t had any panic attacks and my anxiety has eased with the knowledge that someone cares to help me and not just make me feel old. His sessions are not always easy… but they work! And I look forward to seeing and feeling the progress. It’s great to have someone in my corner!

What Kimo provides is so much more than a massage. He has the skills to provide targeted therapeutic massage to specific problem areas. In my case, it is an ulnar nerve entrapment (also called cubital tunnel syndrome). Before and after the massage, he spent time with me to explain the physiology of my condition and to demonstrate exercises I could do to relieve it. I left feeling so much better physically AND mentally.

The only thing that wasn't great was the sound issue during the appointment, but otherwise nice! Kimo was professional without being overly distant, helpful and communicative. Maybe acoustic treatment of the windows or more background sounds (maybe white noise or a rain sound generator) would help keep the siren/traffic sounds down. It was only really distracting from my massage once though.

Kimo Williams has the hands of a master physical therapist. I am a retired 73yr. old man who has kept me as active as one can be at this age. I am on a fixed income, but see him weekly and will take his therapy with me to the grave.

For me it was very educational, why do I feel the pin way I I feel it and what's causing it. Also, how to prevent the pain from taking its toll over my body. As far as massage goes, it wasn't massage for me, it was a therapeutical movements treatment what my body was aching for decades when other professionals ignored.

He helped me with terrible back pain. Highly recommend.

A very welcoming place, relaxing atmosphere, Kimo makes you feel better just by listening to you. Won’t rush you, and will hear EVERYTHING you have to say. He will then explain why it hurts and how you alleviate the pain or the problem you’re having. The massage, work he does on you is again, the way you need it, not rushed and ALWAYS aware of how you feel and how you react to the work he’s doing. I’m looking forward to going back very soon. As some one who has been receiving holistic/chiropractic and massage therapy for the past 40 years, I finally found a home with Danzan's care. I have been seeing Kimo weekly for the past 15 yrs.I don't think my life would be half as active if I did not.

Although I continue to enjoy a quality workout, I’m impressed with Kimo’s willingness to address the needs of his clients. Whether it be a scheduling conflict or question about a workout routine, he is available and willing to discuss and make adjustments as required.
