Professional approach to a compreshensive evaluation

This is a comfortable suite of offices, easy parking, sparkling clean.

I really enjoyed my visit to Myocare. The only down side is that the reception area and the treatment rooms are very close together and noise and voices carry. Not a big deal and did not tarnish my experience.

Would over all highly recommend the Clinic. Ryan was wonderful!

The only thing I'd say being a first timer it would be nice to get an understanding of Myocare and the space. Also I was not sure if I was the only client there or not (5pm appt).

I was surprised at the time the team took. I would recommend them for that. I am not happy with the speed at which things are put online. The website could be a bit fastrer.

the technique

Easy to access and quiet setting.

The office is clean and no nonsense. Sessions are more affordable than I expected.

I was referred to Myocare by a physical therapist when I was recovering from knee replacement surgery. I was having spasms and cramps in the leg I had surgery on. I was losing quality sleep, pain meds and muscles relaxers didn't give me relief. Myocare has given me the relief.

I like the location.

There were several music tracks that made it really difficult to relax. They were up-tempo guitar or piano. Once the soothing spa music came on, I was finally able to relax.

Mark was great! He was super friendly,and massaged my aches and pains right out. Mark is very professional and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

You should consider an on-line appointment calendar/system. I think 3 days for a call-back for an appointment request is a bit much, it is more if you include the weekend (I called Wed., received appointment notice on Monday).
