Senior golf and tennis player with rotator cuff injuries and chronic lower back pain. Had 75 minute Therapy session with Ms. Quezada. That evening I slept 9.5 hours!!! In the Morning woke up with NO pain/discomfort. She is a THERAPIST! Will recommend “The Magic Woman” to my friends (but not my opponents).

I was greeted by name immediately upon arrival. Caitlin took me back to the massage room, which was warm and inviting, and asked me questions about what I would like her to focus on. She was able to 'read' my body and concentrate on areas that needed it most. Those 75 minutes flew by! I will definitely be back!

Caity does such a great job every time I visit. This one particular visit I had recently was by far the best massage ever. I’ve had a crick in my neck and sore shoulder muscles for the past month and a half. Caity really worked the knots out and I felt immediate relief after my visit. She’s so skilled at what she does & the only one I trust for massages!

I have had a lifetime of orthopedic problems that pretty much started back in high school. In just the last 10 years, I have had a total hip replacement, 2 foot and a hand surgeries and the ortho docs are already set to operate on my neck, hip and other foot. I have had steroid and epideral injections in my neck for pain relief for arthritis which which was a total waste of time. I was FINALLY referred to Caity and will tell you that it was ABSOLUTELY the MOST relief I have received from ANY practitioner EVER!!! She has these AMAZING strong hands that instantly soothes EVERY ache and pain away! I just had wished that I had come to her far sooner! I HIGHLY recommend her because of her skills and professionalism! There is no doubt that this will be a life long partnership! Awesome therapist!

I’m a fellow therapist, and I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Caity for two years. I live 40 minutes away from Touch of Tranquility, however, whenever I need bodywork, I will make the drive to see Caity. She’s incredibly professional and accommodating; my last session I was dealing with an injury, so I was hesitant to any form of deep pressure. Caity was communicative throughout the entire session, checking in to ensure the pressure was okay. Her training and knowledge in massage was evident as she alliviated a lot of pain in my neck and helped restore my range of motion with a mix of massage modalities. I also felt genuinely cared for and like my needs were addressed. I’ll continue to see Caity, and I’d recommended her to anyone in the Wake Forest area.

Great hands, comfortable space, I really enjoyed it! My only comment would be to have either aromatherapy candles or an essential oils diffuser in the room while massage is in session. Other than that it was awesome!

I think the name, Touch of Tranquility, is exactly right. The setting is tranquil, and Caity manages to rub out a lot of the pain I chronically experience in my lower back and hip. I have been going every other week but I plan to go weekly for the next several weeks, prior to some scheduled surgery in August. She will get me ready!

This was my first time with Caitlin and it was awesome!!! She was very professional and she took the time necessary to ascertain my specific needs. She also recommended and used a technique called ‘cupping ‘ which I was unfamiliar with. She explained the process and rationale behind it thoroughly. Since I was open to new things, as the old has stopped being effective, I gave it a try. Cupping worked wonders on my trigger points, of which I have multiple very upset ones! We also discovered other problem areas that will be addressed. I highly recommend her services for any and all pain management and relaxation needs.
