Not only was he able to help me relieve these tensions, he also spent the time educating me about self-care practices. I loved the pelvic , hip and lumbar support movements I could do at home. I was in town for some intensive therapy and nervous system work and really looking for a way to let some excess energy out of my body. I have always loved massages but haven’t necessarily felt the most comfortable during them. I am a queer non binary human and found Jared online. They are so kind and knowledgeable and I felt incredibly safe the entire time. He was really interested in what my needs were and I felt really comfortable talking to him about what was going on for me. Jared had a really holistic approach and taught me new body movements to help with feeling overwhelmed on top of the massage I had scheduled. They presented a great combination of being professional and also open and allowing you to ask for what you need and what feels comfortable. I’ve never had such a good massage experience and if I lived here, I would go all of the time!

I’ve been going to Jared at Sage Works for a more than a few years now. I started going to them when I had chronic pain from an impinged nerve and three herniated disks in my neck. After going to many massage therapist, that were good enough but never able to really help me make any lasting changes. I found Jared, and after a session with them felt a remarkable change upon each massage, I'd feel the effects of their work for a week at a time. They are amazing at massage, body alignment and mechanics, and movement therapy. With their help, care, and continued guidance I no longer am in chronic pain. This guy is amazing. Jared is hands down the best masseur I’ve ever worked with; his so calm, intuitive and thorough. I rebooked immediately after our first session and again after our second. I came to Jared when I was experiencing hip impingement pain along with tired, achy hips. I was already working with a PT to help with the impingement but wanted an integrated approach. In one session he relieved an immense amount of tension in my hips that I didn't even realize I was holding. I almost felt as if I had a brand new body. With a few more sessions he's shown me how to move in better alignment and how to activate the proper muscles as I have a very active job and lifestyle. I had no idea how poorly I was using my body placement at work.This has led to pain free activities, and I will continue to see Jared as part of a healthy, supportive approach to whole body health. After my shoulder was injured, I tried to find a massage therapist who could offer supplementary recovery to support my Dr's care plan. Jared went above & beyond expectations. I was very impressed. Jared's work is like nothing I've experienced. I've already noticed a huge difference after just one session. I am an acrobat and aerialist and have been working hard on my handstand for months now and it's been a struggle as I had some bodily challenges holding me back. I gave myself the Ten Series to myself for my 36th birthday; what better way to celebrate than body work? Jared and I worked to bring my body into more workablity and alignment. Each session was co-created and the work was different from much of the body work I've done before. Now that we've completed, I feel so much more balance in my movement. I tapped into intelligence that I had, but that was covered by patterns. I started cross fit recently to add strength to the more intuitive, holistic work. I feel amazing.
