This was my first time at this office and I felt comfortable.

I would say she was very nice. She seemed a bit unconfident and I understand she is new. I did not like the way it ended. I only had aroma of oil in the beginning of the session. The room is honestly not relaxing it it too bright. Just a bit missing. I am scheduled for April again and will give it another try. Marsha

The ambiance of the front waiting room is very plain. The room for my massage was a little lighter than I'd like but was large and comfortable.

Be prepared with a tip when asked and expected even though you don’t know that until you go to pay. I deal with chronic pain, numerous surgeries and recently delivered from opioids which all caused financial distress and hardships. I don’t have a monetary tip.

It was very easy to get a appointment, which I really appreciated.

I wish my appointment confirmation or reminder would have told me the protocols for Covid as far as waiting in the car for your appointment. I got there early and all the doors were locked so I wasn’t sure what to do.

I'd never had a massage before so I wasn't sure what to expect. The office was lovely and private.

Once I figured out where to go when I got there (it was my first visit), I had a pleasant experience and plan on going back to Wellness Massage Works in the near future.

Everything I experienced was really beyond good . Hesitate to go any farther for there would be no room for improvement. I would recommend Sherri to anyone who is experiencing muscle pain or stiffness and for sure any kind of stress and muscle tightness. I went in with specific pain issues and left with a definite reduction of those pains. I also did not have any stiffness or lingering pain 24hrs later. I will go back again.

I feel she does a really good job. I also believe she has a fairly good understanding of the body's design.
