Thank you for your feedback. Our front office is in a bit of a transition and we are still working on final finishing touches. We do have one room here that is brighter due to a skylight. That unfortunately is out of our control but we do have eye pillows available to help those who struggle with the brighter room.
I'm sorry you were taken off guard when asked about adding a tip. Tips are NEVER expected but always appreciated. We are just grateful people trust us with their massage needs and would rather have return clients than be worried about a tip. I hope this doesn't keep you from visiting us again.
