This was my first time with Shawn. He was extremely professional and clearly had a very high level of skill. He also had a good feeling for exactly how much pressure was the right amount, which is impressive on a first time appointment. His massage area was welcoming - low lighting and good music for the mood, with nice decorating. The ambience of the overall practice - he is in a chiropractic space - was a little more harsh and not as welcoming. Also it was a little hard to find them as you have to take an elevator down from the parking lot, which was not obvious. I did have less pain after my session, which was our goal. I will definitely be back.

Shawn has always been able to correct any issues I’ve had. This time was a shoulder injury causing restrictive mobility. Together we were able to pinpoint the problem areas and Shawn worked at it for a couple a sessions due to the severity. We tried cupping for some sessions to increase the circulation in the area and it really works. He asks questions and analyzes the issues, then explains in detail what he is going to do before, during and after the session. HE GOT IT! I have my arm back without PT or surgery which was my fear. I was incredible pain and had a half marathon to run in, Shawn was able to get my hamstrings, IT and calves to loosen up and relieve some of the tightness. I've tried PT, accupuncture, and other forms of pain management, but so far Shawn's deep tissue massage is the only treatment that has helped eliminate persistent knee pain from a torn meniscus.
