Carrie is the best! She was able to look at my posture walking in and know exactly what I needed before I got on the table. She opened up the front line of my body so when I left I walked straighter and felt lighter. Trained in many modalities with years of experience, she uses it all! Sometimes it’s long sustained pressure, other areas it was rocking and some resisted stretching. She didn’t shy away from areas many therapist never work, including the abdominal muscles which was a primary part of my treatment based on the way I use my own body every day.

Atmosphere was perfect and clean, the ladies were very nice and professional.

You need to go see Carrie. If you are stressed and full of knots she will smooth them out and make you feel like you're floating.

Loved the hot stones! Really appreciate you doing this prior to me seeing Dr. Tilley! He did use the sanding device on my back as well, but the adjustment did not hurt and I am not in pain today from being adjusted yesterday. Sadly, back muscles are tight again and not comfortable. Tilley recommended calling Dr. Solomon and having some blood work done (even asked if I'd hate a tick bite) so asked the test to include lyme disease even though I am not aware of having a tick on me - plently of mosquitos though.
