Emily’s Myofacial work is the gold! Her approach is a slow, deep and steady release of the body tensions that does wonders. It’s the kind of physical work that keeps unfolding days after you get up off the table. I’m standing taller and feel my neck resisting the urge to hunch over my computer and phone. I just completed an Embodywork Intensive -- five sessions in four weeks -- in hopes of improving a chronic condition that has been causing me pain for months. My range of motion has been significantly restored, and my pain levels have significantly decreased.
