After returning to Orangetheory and generally increasing my physical activity, my knees had started to bother me just a bit (even with keeping to low impact excercises and modifying exercises from the onset of returning to OTF and excercise generally). I went to see Juan to see if he could help. I didn't realize the extent of the stiffness/soreness not only in my knees, but also my hips. Juan's technique is simply amazing. The release and return of mobility after a 30 minute session was incredible. I already feel so much better and will be back for a 60 minute session.

Juan was awesome! I strained my back recently and also struggle with tightness in my hamstrings from lifting weights often. He was really able to get deep into my muscles to relax them and by the end i was able to move and stretch more than I could when I walked in! Juan is very personable and professional. Not only does he openly invite feedback throughout, but he checks in with you to see about pressure and if you're feeling the stretch in a place that is different than you should. We were able to identify many areas that needed stretching--and that I was unaware of! Plus, wouldn't be able to stretch myself at this point. I highly recommend Juan, especially if you're unfamiliar. I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout this process.

Juan is AMAZING! No I didn’t need to do this comment and it wasn’t requested. I truly mean it. I work such a hard job and have had terrible pain for about a year that seemed normal after a while of dealing with it. I consulted doctors and chiropractors that all didn’t even dent the pain I was in. But after leaving the appointment with Juan I felt entirely different. I didn’t notice it immediately but when I did an action that would usually send pain flying through my body, there was none! I can’t wait until I go back. Highly recommended.

My hips were very tight and Juan helped loosen them up. This was my first Thai massage and I enjoyed it very much. I felt stretched out and loosened up. Would highly recommend.

Juan is so knowledgeable and passionate about his Thai massage practice. As a yogi I didn’t think that I had any specific ailments that needed attention but Juan was easily able to find muscles that needed some work.
