Overall & Skill: I really liked how well Heather worked on my neck. There aren't a lot of massage therapists that know how to work on necks without doing more damage than before the massage. She did great and the pressure was perfect! Ambiance: I really liked the simplicity of the room with the decorations. I didn't care for the ticking clock. Professionalism: I'm wondering if you could professionally and carefully roll down the blanket from the chin when starting face up. I felt exposed when it was lifted and moved away from my face. The same with rolling over, I like when the blankets are gently lifted away instead of quickly lifting them and feeling rushed to turn over quickly.

Ellie did a great job, wish she could go a little deeper with her massage. I know I'm a new client so I didn't expect her to know that on the first massage. She's a very professional person. I'll certainly be back!
