Generally a good experience. Only issue was that my appointment was cancelled, and I was only notified by email a half-hour before. I didn't have a chance to see the email so biked to my appointment to learn upon arrival about the cancellation. Totally understand that emergencies happen, but would have appreciated a phone call to supplement the email or a discount on my rescheduled appointment.

The emphasis on tipping was unexpectedly forward leaning and made me uncomfortable. Sometimes I tip and sometimes I don't. I wondered why a tip was requested before service when initially paying. But the question was raised after service also and when I declined I received an emailed receipt for $0.00. That felt like an invitation not to return.

Katie was very nice, but it just wasn’t a great fit. I came looking for sciatic relief, and loved loved loved my past therapist Elizabeth, but this just did not appear to be her strength. I wish her all the best but would not be scheduling with her again.

It’s an easy place to get to and clean.

The facility lacks a spa feeling since the historic building seems to take precedence.
