I saw Brooklyn for neck and shoulder pain. For most of the session I was hurting and couldn't settle. Any position I was in caused pain. But with not much time remaining she was able to locate the area that I immediately found relief. I plan on seeing her again in the future so she can concentrate on that area(clavical). Thank you!

After my massage I can home and had a late dinner. I was very relaxed. About an hour later I checked my blood pressure, which had been high for a very long time. My BO was 129/64. The lowest it’s been in several weeks. Not sure what Kim did but it sure worked for me! Amazing!

Kim always greets you with a smile and will ask what your problem areas are. Once in her massage room I am calm and relaxed. Her voice is soothing and she uses a combination of spa music and running water sounds. Very in tune to your needs-asking if you want table warmer and if music is ok. Also has a heating pad if your feet get cold!

The whole process was seamless, from booking to payment to receiving the massage. I booked last minute because I had pain whenever I turned my neck. I paid online and the company sent my intake form via email. I filled it out online so that when I arrived we were able to jump right into the massage. This was nice, as there have been some appointments with other companies where we spend 15-20 minutes filling out and goign over the intake form alone (time that eats into the massage time). The building was beautiful, the ambiance was perfect and the masseuse was very professional.

Everything was great. I think the ambiance was the beat you can get in that location.

My experience has always been so relaxing and Kim.always knows how to work on the areas I need most.

Overall great experience, the pressure was pretty much spot on, intense at times but would ease up before it became too much, and then would relax with a gentler massage. He wore a mask the entire time, even though he is vaccinated and me too, because he took care for his grandma and that honestly touched my heart!

The office is in an older house. The office is charming and generally quiet (when the lawn is not being mowed next door). Restoration has excellent safety practices with respect to Covid-19, and the massage tables, equipment, and ambiance are all top notch.

I dislike the stairs

My only dislike was having to go up stairs because I was in a lot of pain, but that would not be a problem normally, if I hadn't tweaked my back. Everything else was wonderful.

Saved in my phone as Massage Queen. I have fibromyalgia and TMD, and I have a hard time finding someone who can accuratley massage my jaw and neck. Nicole is a miracle worker. 🙂

Located in a beautiful historic building in Adrian, the office and treatment rooms are tastefully decorated and provide for a very relaxed atmosphere and experience.

The studio is located in a quaint historical home renovated into a multi offfice complex close to downtown Adrian. Located on the second floor, must climb stairs to get there. Not sure if building has an elevator.

Very nice little space, seemed more homey and comfortable than a larger place. Good communication from Nicole too!
