Can't explain the difference between good and excellent, but something was lacking compared to other massages I have had. Offhand, I assumed I was her first appointment of the morning, but her door was closed with a sign saying "therapy in session. Don't knock." Come to find out, no therapy session, but she didn't hear the bell when I walked in. I didn't have my watch so don't know how long I waited before she opened her door.
