They are serious about pinpointing problems and working out difficult body responses to aging, pain, etc. This is not a run-of-the-mill, just feel-relaxed massage. This is a considered, thoughtful massage and assessment of issues.

Suggestion that the words you use for this rating system be re-considered: for example, from “amazing” to “good” seems like a big leap!

The process of the massage itself is impressive. The search for triggerpoints made me optimistic that I would get relief from my pain. And I did feel wonderful when I left, but it didn't hold up. I will not give up, however.

If you have sore muscles, this is the place to be. I would have preferred a room that wasn't so bright though, if it was darker it would have been more relaxing.

This was a little different than what I was expecting which was an upper body massage. The targeted areas were really worked, I definitely felt better afterwards.
