Because of Covid it had been a while since I've been to get a massage. Needless to say, I was in need of one. I also have been having some neck issues lately. I had my first cranial sacral release appointment yesterday, wow. I went in with very little knowledge of this body work modality and intentionally did not do too much research. CRS had come highly recommended from a like-minded friend so I wanted to just try it. As a former massage therapist, and nurse I felt like too much info would make me over think the whole process. I’m so glad I was able to experience my visit completely open-minded. My treatment was unlike any massage I’ve had, which I knew would be the case as clothing is not removed (I did read that part on the website😜). What I didn’t expect was to have such an almost emotional response to the treatment. I feel great today. Looser and lighter than I’ve felt in a while. Patricia’s office is warm and inviting as is Patricia herself. She’s also a very skilled and intuitive practitioner. Highly recommend.

My only suggestion would be to give a little more detail about what areas/chakras needed to be cleared out and what energy she felt while doing the reiki.

The time in the office was great, so don't know if these were very tight places to begin and just took more work, or maybe areas that hadn't been given attention at other times. Like my hips. Also my replacement knee above on the thigh is very tight. Next appt. we will discuss those areas.

Patti has the healing energy that I need at this time. I am recovering from pneumonia and my lungs are not completely back to normal. In addition I have a condition called Trigeminal Neurologia. It is the inflammation of the facial nerve endings. It hurts bad!!! Although they are not calmed down yet, Patti got the nerve endings to a place where they will accept being healed. Plan to incorporate reiki in my healing of both conditions. Highly recommend her.

I have a rare neurological condition which has damaged my central nervous system and has created severe pain. Gentle stretching and massage gives me a little relief but finding someone who can do this without causing more pain has proved difficult over the last 10 years. All I can say is I will forever be grateful we found Patty. She is amazing! Instead of using harsh techniques or heavy pressure, she is very gentle and has the lightest of touch, yet accomplishes more than any other therapist I have worked with in the past. Her knowledge of the body, the central nervous system, and muscles leads to expert massage and stretching of the muscles. I used to dread any massage appointments but with her, I look forward to the appointment, and the relief I find afterwards. I have felt better since going to her and can’t wait until next time!
