My appointment was for 90 minutes. However I only received 75. The clock shouldn't start until the massage Begins. not at the appointment time.

Thank you for the feed back. My 90 min sessions are 85 min hands on unless the client is late or does not have the intake form filled out before coming in. I do try to accommodate as much as I can while trying to stay on scheduled. Be well, Janet
