Scary. Too much history with other techniques progressing this quickly has caused me severe pain. Anxiety worsens my pain. Lisa was great at explaining what she was doing and why. Unfortunately my past experience with other techniques makes me slow to trust. I will keep going back to Lisa because I believe this may be different
