First time getting a massage. I was a little nervous at first, not knowing what to expect, but Debbie walked me through everything clearly and at the end, I felt very revitalized!

I appreciate the attention to troublesome spots...which are always given extra work. Also, good advice for things I can do at home to strengthen my back/neck. Even though I have mostly the same problem areas, Debbie always asks what I "need today" I always feel kindly regarded at each session. I believe Debbie is a master at her craft! Receiving professional massage is one of the healthiest things I have ever done for myself!
