There just wasnt that personal touch offered. No one offered you water etc. I was left to get dressed and find my way out on my own. I wanted to tip her and the front desk just handed me an envelope and said put it in here.

It was cold toward the end of my massage time. Mindy didn’t have any control over this. She offered to buy a portable heater. She’s the best!!!
