Ambience when you walk in was nice. In massage room, you could hear the (I believe) public toilet repeatedly flushing on one side and people talking in the room on the other side. I’ve never experienced this type of extraneous noise during a massage before-difficult to be an immersive experience.
Cindy was courteous, and this may just be differences between people or massage, but most massages I’ve had before they ‘pull’ on my legs, shoulders, fingers, etc, doing something like a passive range of motion on joints. I’m 67 so that’s important to me. Which brings me to- I was not asked for any personal brief health/issues/preferences history, which I’m also used to providing beforehand in a written document.
Again, when walking in your business and having already paid $170, I expected more from the massage, comparing it to experiences at several other area businesses around Traverse City area especially. I love Boyne City, and I live pretty much in between TC and BC, so I wanted to give your business a try. I seldom ever respond to requests for reviews, but wanted to provide what I hope may be constructive input.
