Upon arrival I was extended a warm greeting from both Janet and her puppy :) Janet asked me few questions to understand what I wanted out of the massage session, offering me choices to customize the session as per my needs. The ambience was truly calming. I definitely felt relaxed ten minutes into her reflexology session. The body massage considerably relieved me of pain and again made me feel relaxed. I have a three month old at home, I managed to get an adequate amount of sleep for the afternoon after getting back! :) Thank you Janet for making my visit a memorable one. I will visit again.

The place was very clean, tastefully decorated, and professional. There were no strange insence smells. Janet was very quick to return my call. I was surprised to be greeted by a very large dog. She is a help dog that Janet is training. She was very sweet and obedient. But if I had had a dog allergy(like my son and grandmother do) it would have been very disappointing to get there and have to leave. Even if the dog wasn't physically there, it's dander/hair is on the carpet and couch just from leaning on it. It would have sent my grandmother into an asthma attack. If I had been heading to her house afterwards, I would have had to go home to change my clothes first because the dog was very friendly and rubbed up against me.So there needs to be a way of letting clients know ahead of time about the dog.

Thank you for your feedback. My apology's as I thought I told you when we spoke regarding my dog. She is a hypoallergenic dog and my clients who are allergic to dogs don't have a problem. She has hair not fur so she doesn't shed (dander) . Again my apology's!

I go for the five stars for sure, all down the line, but while I'm fully aware of today's use of ''amazing,' Janet's super-excellent, highly professional treatment did not astonish me nor bring me great surprise or wonder. Janet did a great job. I was comfortable in the room, both temperature wise and with her level of professionalism. In terms of the massage, I usually prefer more pressure and more use of pressure in specific areas (eg using thumb/fingertips down the back), but her technique involved a more distributed pressure with her palms and arms that I also enjoyed. Definitely a good massage experience overall :)
Also, the bed is heated. A definite bonus in terms of the overall feel of the experience!

Having been a myomassoligist, I am keenly aware of the effectiveness and trigger point accuracy of a professional therapist. I left Janet's table after a reflexology session feeling wonderful. It is rare to find a therapist who knows her craft and does it well. Not slipshod with weak pressure where it matters. I will return but this time for both a massage and reflexology.
