I became a Certified Rolfer in 2009 from the Rolf Institute® of Structural Integrators in Boulder, Colorado. I learned as a massage therapist that compensation patterns needed to be eliminated for long term benefits of bodywork by bringing balance to your body. After receiving my own 'Ten Series' of Rolfing I embodied the benefits myself and wanted to help others relieve long term chronic pain. I enjoy working on chronic conditions, including sciatica, low back pain, sciatica, neck pain, migraines/ headaches and frozen shoulder syndrome.

Rolfing Structural Integration is a form of hands-on manipulation and movement education developed by Dr. Ida P. Rolf over 50 years ago. I since enjoy improving the quality of life for my clients and continue to search for continued education opportunities to further serve patient needs and my thirst for knowledge In 2010 I started as a Co-Instructor for Advanced Trainings teaching other massage therapists advanced myofascial techniques. In 2011, I also became a Board Certified Holistic Alternative Psychology Practitioner (HAPP). I use other healing modalities that includes Reiki, Source Point Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy and Cranial Sacral Therapy.
