I am here to help you rekindle your friendship with your body again. Through therapeutic touch you'll ease back into relaxation and awareness of self, gradually remembering how to identify and release tension you've likely been holding for most of your life.
Through my work with both massage and reiki I help my clients to unstick all the stuck areas in their lives whether it be tissue-related, self-acceptance, balance, functional form, or emotional and mental clarity.
