An integrated approach to massage incorporates multiple styles or techniques to treat a range of issues. Sessions are unique depending on the goals of the client. A session may include a relaxation massage, a therapeutic massage, energy work or combined goals. The practitioner will use one or more of the following modalities during a session; Swedish Relaxation Massage, Therapeutic Techniques, Acupressure, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and/or Polarity Therapy.
