Basic Relaxation Massage

Uses long, flowing strokes with light to medium pressure to achieve optimum relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage

Uses little oil to allow for deep penetration into the tissue. Therapist may use fists, elbow or forearms to get maximum pressure.

Ashiatsu

This is a "barefoot" technique. The therapist will stand on the clients back, and use her feet to massage the back side of the body. This is deep tissue.
