One on one guided meditation: in person or over the phone. Flow will guide you through a meditation filled with visualizations that help you drop deep into your body and connect to your own peaceful healing energy. Reiki will be utilized hands on, or hands off- what makes you comfortable and helps your meditation. All sessions are individualized and Flow will offer tips and activities to help your home meditation practice.

Distance Healing- transmission of positive energy

Flow sends healing energy to you wherever you are. You can choose to sit in meditation at the time of your appointment or take a nap or take a peaceful walk. You may email Flow your photo or the photo/name of someone you'd like her to send the energy to (optional). Please ask permission of that person. Integrative Healing Flow

You can trust Flow to combine all her bodywork training in order to give you the best session possible. You can expect massage + craniosacral therapy and/or stretching and/or Reiki healing. Flow uses her expert knowledge of muscles, fascia and the nervous systems to help rehabilitate injuries, heal chronic pain and relax/ rejuvenate. Reiki Energy Balancing

Reiki uses a technique commonly called palm or hands on healing. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy (i.e., reiki) in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through the palms, which allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium. Flow uses her peaceful presence to help you find a calm state of mind. She gently helps you feel embodied and supported through difficult life transitions, overwhelming life events and the stresses of daily living.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy uses technical yet gentle touch to manipulate your cranial bones, neck, and spinal chord fluid. Your neck, back, and hips will feel looser and freer. Book this treatment if you are suffering from TMJ disorder, headaches, insomnia, sinus problems, fatigue or generally prefer a lighter approach.

Ancient Chinese Massage

Tui Na means push/pull. It is a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Besides grasping the connective tissues, Flow will also use ancient methods of reflexology, acupressure points, cupping and Gua Sha (scraping with a stone tool to increase blood flow). Infrared Light therapy will also be applied as well as moxibustion and qi gong when appropriate. Everything is done through clothing except for cupping. Please wear comfy stretchy clothing for your appointment. Thank you!

Prenatal/Perinatal Massage

Prenatal massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Perinatal massage focuses on calming the nervous system and relaxing the body, mind and spirit so healing can begin and continue.
