Used as a last resort, Deep Tissue massage is a medium/heavy pressure technique to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Time selected does not imply a full body massage. 30 minutes works only the back/arms. 60 minutes works the back and arms/legs one side. 90 minutes works the back/arms both sides of the legs. 120 minutes works the back, both sides of the legs/arms and pec areas.
