Manual Therapy

Manual Therapy brings the body back into balance, decreasing the client's strain and pain. This is achieved by improving alignment and range of motion, decompressing joints, releasing nerve entrapment and mobilizing soft tissue. The techniques I use include Myofascial Balancing, Osteopathic techniques, reciprocal inhibition and active resistance. I work over the client's clothes.
