Transformative Touch

The Somatic Therapy of Transformative Touch uses a gentle touch with guided sensory awareness to support your body's innate ability to be at ease. It helps you discover the underlying cause of discomfort and restriction: why it’s there, whether the original purpose is currently useful, and how the habit might be shifted. Sessions are done fully clothed with the client lying on a massage table.

Customized Therapeutic Massage

A customized combination of massage techniques to provide relief from aches and pains, stress reduction, enhanced mental clarity, and greater flexibility. It can also release chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past injuries. (Please note: The service duration represents the hands-on portion of the appointment. Additional time is allotted for intake, assessment, discussion of goals, undressing and re-dressing.)

Reiki

Reiki is a holistic technique for relief of stress and pain. The practitioner uses a variety of hand positions to offer ki, or life force energy, to the client. Physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual issues may be addressed in a Reiki treatment. Clients remain fully clothed for a Reiki-only session. Time for Reiki may also be added to massage sessions.
