Karen started our session with asking questions. She knew what questions to ask to ensure that I received a massage that was right for me. A massage with Karen was specific to my needs and I felt much better afterwards. I enjoyed getting to know Karen and I feel blessed to have gotten to experience her healing hands. Thank you

Karen is the best!

Medium pressure was a good level for the most part. On the fore mentioned "knots", that was the max I could take. It also was good for the larger(?) muscles going down my spine a bit. Ahhhhhh....!

I like how Karen listened to me, and focused on my back and upper body. Sometimes it seems that massage folks don't listen, or understand. But Karen did. I guess the kneading that was focused on my "knots" helped loosen tight muscles up in the long run, but it felt a little weird at the time. I noticed the area felt improved for the rest of the day. Sorry my watch didn' t match your clock, so I got there later than I would have liked. :-( I need to co-ordinate my phone and your clock ahead of time, next time. ;-)

It was a great massage. The pressure was just right and Karen was pleasant and took care of many knots in my shoulders.
