Massage therapy changed my life in 2011. Becoming a massage therapist was the best decision I ever made. Having the ability to facilitate healing in another person is extremely gratifying for me. Massage increases blood circulation, which aids in muscle detoxification, regeneration of the body, relaxation, pain and stress relief. Helping people heal themselves from the inside out.  My Ultimate goal is  to attend med school and study Integrated Medicine. The combined practice of Eastern & Western Medicine.
My intent is helping each person that comes to me, heal themselves. My services are focused around the client. When a person comes to me, I like to evaluate and approach each session based on what they are feeling or what they would like the focus or outcome of the massage to be. With that in mind, I listen to the muscle tissue, and build a plan for them individually. 
Building a relationship with a client is even better for me as a therapist because I really get to see the muscle tissue and structure transform. With regular bodywork, you really can become a whole new person. I love being a part of helping people heal and de-stress.  
I began practicing  massage therapy in 2011, I have continued my education, staying certified, and licensed. During this expansion, I became a Reiki Practitioner in 2012, and a Reiki Master/Teacher in 2014. My life's focus has been on Massage & Reiki, and building my practice. 
My ultimate goal being, to open a wellness center, granting me the ability to have a greater outreach, networking with other Therapist, Healers, & Health Care Professionals. Promoting healing widespread, and encouraging others to heal themselves.
