I am a large man about 250 pounds and Paul is a man of small stature.
My back especially my erector muscles can get as hard as a kitchen counter and I need deep pressure and trigger point to correct my tension and tightness.
Paul is a man that knows his game!
I think he was mostly using his thumbs on my back and neck where as most people use their elbows on me but whatever he did was almost magical.
I went home and was totally relaxed and asleep by about 9 PM.
I have already rescheduled with Paul for next week and plan to use him as long as he is in the clinic.
