Service Received: 9-to-5 Recovery with Anne C.
I work a desk job and combine that with intense regular workouts. I have severe tension in my shoulders, chest, hips etc. I came here seeing there was a "9-5 recovery" offer. The office and overall experience was very professional, and Anne is extremely knowledgeable. I came away with one of the best massage therapy experiences I have ever had. She asked how I was used to being massaged, and what I expected here, and anything else I thought was important for a therapist to know. I explained my situation and it led to a focused, intentional and more effective rehabilitation than I have ever had in a single massage session. She was interested in tracking my progress, and tested my body to see the diff in tension before and after. Clearly passionate and capable, and also very warm and gentle. Highly recommend and will be coming back.

Anne creates such a warm and comforting space, it’s easy to relax and know you’re in good hands. She helped relieve pain and discomfort in my problem areas and she’s clearly very knowledgeable about her craft. If you’re looking for a massage in the Portland area, she’s the gal to see!
