I’ve had Ashley do post op lymphatic massages for several different procedures. Her massage always makes a big difference with my swelling and overall feeling of wellbeing. She is gentle with just the right amount of pressure to effectively move fluid. I appreciate that she always does an assessment to see what areas she needs to focus on and what are my main concerns. She listens to my feedback during the session and also lets me know what and why she is doing.
I’ve seen a difference with and without massage. I swell so much post op, it feels so uncomfortable and I don’t feel or look great. After 1 massage there’s a noticeable difference and every week or so afterwards it see improvement.
Ashley’s schedule is pretty booked, so if you are thinking about it, schedule as early as you can.
