Terry Taylor graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse, NY as a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2017. She has also completed her Personal Trainer, Mixed Martial Arts and Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Terry enjoyes combining her knowledge as a Massage Therapist and Fitness Professional to take a balanced and holistic approach to healing. She has received additional education and is profient in medcial cupping, kinesiotaping, veteran's massage, active assisted stretching, deep tissue massage, sports massage, myofascial release, pre-natal massage and relaxation techniques. As a Syracuse native, Terry have been able to assist athletes at various events in the community including the Mountain Goat Run and the Syracuse Ironman.
