This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Jen focused on the areas I said needed work and just those areas. She worked on muscles I didn’t even know I had! She definitely is knowledgeable and skilled, as she would manipulate my head and neck position slightly to better work on muscle groups. I’ve never had anyone do that before.
It was the first time I felt like the massage was tailored to me and not just a standard massage that everyone gets with an extra 10 min focus on tight areas. The whole thing was a focus specifically on what my muscles needed.
I can’t wait to tweak my back again just so I can come back!
