Sarah was thorough before the massage to ascertain my history and my needs. She is talented at finding the areas of my body that needed extra work. I loved that she matched my energy style by being willing to talk but being willing to be silent as well. (Some others I’ve been to want to talk about themselves the whole treatment time.) The lighting, music, environment was inviting and comfortable. I’ve already made an appointment to return!

Sarah was very professional and yet friendly, and did a wonderful job focusing on my problematic muscles while still making the whole experience relaxing! My favorite part was the arms/hands massage.
