I am passionate about helping others feel their best. I started my healthcare journey as an EMT, and quickly found myself frustrated with the lack of follow-up that side of the system entails. After becoming a parent myself, I embraced my nurturing tendencies and decided to pursue a field that better suits my skillset.

I specialize in pregnancy, autoimmune conditions, injury, chronic pain, stress relief, inflammation, and overall improving quality of life.

My studio is located inside Northeast Nutrition, a drink shop in Farmingdale, Maine.

Outside of massage, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my kids, with grandiose plans of building a garden and raising cows.

I’m a happy returning customer! Before I was pregnant and now that I’m pregnant, Rotem adapts her massage techniques perfectly to meet my needs. She is incredibly attentive, professional, and makes every session feel safe and relaxing. She was so prepared with extra pillows and support wedges to ensure I was comfortable throughout the whole massage. She’s amazing at what she does. I always leave feeling so much better!

Rotem has a natural ability to pinpoint the areas of the body that need attention. She has a gentle, loving touch, knowing when to apply the appropriate pressure to release the tension in the inflamed muscles. My body always feel more relaxed and stronger after a massage with Rotem. I highly recommend Rotem for the care of your body.

Don't know whether she's "amazing" yet - waiting to see how the treatment pans out - but I do know I enjoyed her presence & her touch a great deal: soft spoken & gentle but spot on. Shoulder is definitely improved & whole body is more energized today... I look forward to working with her.
